About this mold
The crate lid completes the fruit packaging: it protects the fruit from dust and knocks, lets full crates be stacked without pressing on the fruit, and gives export shipments and long-distance loads a professional look.
The key point in a lid mold is an exact fit with the crate rim: the lid must snap on easily, stay firmly in place and not come off in transport.
