How long does it take to make a mold?
It depends on the type and size of the mold and on the workshop's current workload. After reviewing your sample or drawing we give you a firm delivery date — and we keep to it.
How much does a mold cost?
The cost depends on the steel, the size and the complexity of the mold, and is estimated separately for each order. Send photos and dimensions of your part to Eng. Erfan Ahmadi for a quote.
Do you ship molds outside Iran?
Yes. We have already built and shipped molds to customers outside Iran, including a kiwi crate mold for Azerbaijan. The shipping method is arranged with you for each order.
Can I see the mold working before it is shipped?
Yes. Every mold is test-run on an injection machine before delivery. If you cannot visit the workshop in Tehran, we send you photos and a video of the test and the finished part.
