About this mold
The plastic bucket is one of the most widely used packaging containers — from yogurt and cheese buckets to paint, adhesive and chemical buckets. Each use has its own needs: a dairy bucket must be light and hygienic, a paint bucket needs a tight-sealing lid and a strong handle, and an industrial bucket must withstand impact.
In a bucket mold, uniform wall thickness, concentricity of core and cavity and an exact fit between lid and rim are the most important points, so the bucket does not leak and stacks well. Ahmadi Molding designs and builds bucket and lid molds to your sample or drawing and tests them before delivery.
